About Us

North Arm Shotgun Association of QLD Inc (NASAQ) has a rich and diverse history as a club originating over 35 years ago as a Field and Game Club.

NASAQ is a club affiliated with Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (SSAA) and has grown to be one of South East Queensland’s premier clay target shooting venues with multiple disciplines available – Skeet – 5 Stand – and 2 Sporting Clay layouts including the ‘infamous’ Gully.

The Club is situated in a picturesque elevated location on the side of a Range, with a changing variety of target set ups to shoot around & behind trees & bushes creating a unique and challenging experience enjoyed by professional and amateur shooters alike.

Current club membership is strong with circa 200 members. Practice Sessions and Competitions are well patronised.

Volunteering

Our club is proudly run solely by volunteers. Please be courteous and respectful to those giving up their time for you to enjoy the sport of clay shooting.

Looking to get involved you can help simply as a member on practice/competition days helping set up and pack up or if you have more free time maybe consider joining the committee?

Please speak to one of our friendly committee members – all help is appreciated.
